Your group will be accommodated with unsurpassed customer service, state-of-the-art technology, flexible meeting room set-ups, delectable catering, and a conference service staff that will be with you every step of the way.
FACILITIES: Just a short walk from the arrival and departure gates, SEA Airport's modern conference facility offers ample meeting and event space, and pre-security. Conference Center rooms are located inside SEA Airport, on the mezzanine level at the south end of the Airport, above checkpoint #1. Meeting rooms range from 450 to over 3,000 square feet and can accommodate everything from a small meeting for two people up to a large conference for 200 guests.
AUDIOVISUAL: You will be wowed by the state-of-the-art audiovisual system, with easy-to-use plug-and-play capabilities in every conference room.
INCLUSIVE PRICING: The Conference Center proudly offers inclusive pricing, so you do not have to worry about hidden costs or fees. Most audiovisual equipment is included at no additional charge. Rates depend on the amount of space needed and the duration of the meeting.
LOCATION: The Conference Center at SEA Airport is conveniently located between Tacoma and Seattle. It is located 12 miles south of downtown Seattle, and 26 miles north of Tacoma. Complimentary parking validations are offered to all Conference Center guests for general parking in the airport garage or guests may easily take advantage of the many public transportation options such as the Sounder Train, Link Light Rail, and buses.
EVENT PLANNING SUPPORT: The Conference Center's event specialists will provide advice on room capacity and setup, catering suggestions, meeting flow, audio-visual, and more to ensure a successful and productive meeting for you and your guests!
Audio-Visual Support: Prior to the meeting start time, event specialists will demonstrate how to use the audio-visual equipment.
Room Setup Suggestions: Event specialists make sure the room is set up as reviewed, including all furniture, audio-visual equipment, podium, easels, and tablecloths. They take care of everything for you!
CATERING: The Conference Center is pleased to partner with ACT 3 Catering for all of your food and beverage catering needs. ACT 3 Catering is a small, locally owned and operated catering company located in Tukwila, WA sharing a passion for great service.
