Hyde Shuttle: The Hyde Shuttle is a FREE van service for seniors and people with disabilities living in Tukwila. You can ride anywhere within the service area set up by Senior Services.

Building 8 Mt. Constance and Mt. Olympus are premier meeting space in the student union. With a divider wall, Mt. Constance and Mt. Olympus can be used separately or combined to accommodate up to 200 guests. Both are fully equipped for media presentations. Mt. Townsend student dining center is available for evening or weekend banquets and receptions for groups up to 300. With a performance stage, and two story ceiling this airy space is ideal for auctions, large group receptions, formal dining and social events. Mt. Skokomish is on the 2nd floor this conference room has a capacity of 25 and offers stunning views of the Puget Sound. Fully equipped for media presentations.

Building 25 On the 5th floor of the library the room offers sweeping views of Puget Sound and the Olympic mountain range. With table seating for 25, and additional gallery seating, it is ideal for formal board meetings or hearings. The room has state of the art media equipment.

Located 5 minutes from Sea-Tac Airport and adjacent to the Link Light Rail, the Skybridge Seattle Airport Hotel (formerly the Crowne Plaza Hotel) offers flexible meeting space.

Alternative options include: the “Corporate Room” on the main floor or the two rooms on the upper level. The Corporate Room seats up to 15 people around a large boardroom table and additional seating can be arranged for up to 27 people. The upper level rooms can be rented individually for groups up to 12 people or combined for a larger group of 24. The entire upper level can be rented out for a large party of up to 100 at a time.

Hampton Inn and Suites Seattle-Airport/28th Ave offers three fully renovated meeting rooms. One large room featuring 2,373 square feet of space, another room featuring 1,288 square feet of space, and a smaller room with 644 square feet. There is approximately 500 square feet of pre-function space in front of each room and each room is located on the main floor with a separate entrance for easy loading and unloading. The meeting rooms do not have air-wall and cannot be combined. The hotel does not have a restaurant on site; however, they have a preferred vendor to provide full-service catering to groups. Area restaurants are within walking distance.

Located on Fosters Golf Links, Billy Baroo’s is just 15 minutes from downtown Seattle but far away from downtown prices. The outdoor pavilion is a great summer venue with a removable wall overlooking the 9th green for groups of 30-110 guests. Foster Golf Links is open daily throughout the year for weddings, corporate events, holiday parties and full golf tournaments or elaborate putting challenges as a fun addition to your next corporate team building or special event. Area hotels are nearby for groups that require overnight accommodations. This venue features free parking and is easily accessible from I-5 and I-405.

The Ramada Tukwila Southcenter Hotel and Meeting Facility (formerly the Best Western River’s Edge) offers 3,200 square feet of renovated meeting space. This hotel is located near the Duwamish River and is close to Westfield Southcenter. The property has an outdoor patio area with a view of the water. This venue is just minutes from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport as well as near the I-5/405 Exchange making this a convenient location for attendees driving or flying into the area. Their Boardroom and Banquet facilities can accommodate groups from 10 up to 250 attendees. The Ramada in Tukwila offers free parking. There is a restaurant on site and more than 30 additional restaurants are located within a 5 mile or less radius of the hotel.

The state-of-the-art lobby at Courtyard Seattle Southcenter by Marriott provides a refreshing first impression for meeting and event participants. The hotel offers four meeting rooms and an executive boardroom. Our meeting rooms were fully renovated in 2020 and provide natural lighting for your team. The Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Southcenter hotel offers free shuttle service to Sea-Tac Airport and Westfield Southcenter, the largest shopping center in the Pacific Northwest. This limited service Choice Hotel offers meeting space for up to 60 people. The hotel has one meeting room that can be divided into two separate spaces and is located on the ground floor, which is below the lobby. There is an elevator and the space is wheelchair accessible. There is no restaurant on-site; however groups are welcome to utilize the caterer of their choice or for events that call for delegates to be on their own for meals, an International House of Pancakes restaurant is adjacent the hotel well within walking distance. The Homewood Suites offers a meeting room for up to 40 people. The hotel is ideal for smaller groups with a comfortable lobby and outdoor seasonal patio for pre/post meeting conversations. There is no on-site restaurant, but the hotel can help facilitate catering arrangements. A walking trail is located near the hotel offering delegates a chance to stretch their legs between meeting sessions.

Hampton Inn Seattle/Southside offers a 714 square foot meeting room. Arrangements can be made for catering services from recommended vendors. Outside food and beverages may be brought in at no additional charge.

This full-service hotel offers a boardroom with meeting space for up to 25 people, free parking, and a restaurant on site. The hotel is located 1-mile from the SeaTac Link Light Rail Station, where you wiill be able to take your delegates to see the city sights in downtown Seattle for a fun pre/post meeting activity.

Coast Gateway Hotel is a limited service hotel and is the closest property to the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. There is no restaurant on-site; however, area restaurants are within comfortable walking distance. This venue features complimentary parking and airport shuttle. The hotel offers The McCracken Room for meetings of up to 20 people. This meeting room offers 625 square feet of conference seating ideal for board meetings, small seminars and training groups.

Hampton Inn Sea-Tac offers a 12-person maximum capacity meeting room. All meeting packages include full a/v support, with the ability to view both dvds and vhs tapes, as well as being able to support conference calling. Half and full day rates are available. The hotel is located near Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and across the street from Angle Lake Park. No restaurant on site, but catering arrangements can be made.

For over 20 years, this full service restaurant has been heralded as the airport area's most popular restaurant. A classic American Roast House, Sharps features over 10 Fresh Roast Varieties Daily coming from it's one of a kind 25 foot Roasting Works.
