Pasifika NW Grill & Bar combines tropical island flavors with fresh, Pacific Northwest ingredients. Opened in 2026, this festive, welcoming Tukwila restaurant showcases the cuisines of the Pacific, from Hawai‘i and CHamoru traditions to Samoan, Tongan, Palauan, and other island influences.

Eclectic, Elevated Menu: In-house catering is offered, with a wide variety of dishes, from empanadas and lumpia apps to share to hearty entrees like yuzu salmon, kalbi short ribs, and much more. Outside catering is also permitted.


Great for Groups & Private Events: There are several rooms available for corporate events, birthdays, weddings, and other special events. For smaller group gatherings, there’s plenty of space in the restaurant—just be sure to reserve in advance!
