Located inside Sea-Tac Airport near Gate A1, Floret by Café Flora is an authentic, all-vegetarian restaurant with vegan and gluten-free options. Whether you crave the home-style Brioche Breakfast Sandwich for breakfast or the authentic Oaxaco Tacos for lunch, you have the option to substitute eggs with tofu. This restaurant isn't just limited to vegetarians and vegans—they also offer hot and cold drinks with everything from cappuccinos, rosemary lemonade and all types of alcoholic beverages and spirits.
Their daily “grab-and-go” schedule is from 4:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. and their “Sit Down” Menu is offered from 6am-9pm.

This restaurant is a great option if you are staying in SeaTac or the surrounding area. If you don’t have access to a car, you can simply hop on the red A-Line transit bus and get off at the bus stop on International Blvd and South 188th Street. From there, it is only a four-minute walk to the restaurant. Mango Thai has great options for vegetarians like the Pineapple Fried Rice and the Pad Ruam Mit which is served with fresh tofu, broccoli, carrots and snow peas.
VIA MARINA WOOD FIRED PIZZA & ITALIAN RESTAURANT
Although Via Marina does not technically offer vegetarian options on their menu, customers do have the option to order pasta and pizzas without any meat. A perfect place for date night or dinner with friends, you have the choice to sit out on the patio that overlooks the beautiful Puget Sound. Start with a light salad like the Insalata Mista that contains mixed greens, balsamic vinaigrette, red onion, tomatoes and parmigiano cheese. Then order a vegetarian Margherita pizza and finish the night with a slice of homemade cheesecake.
VEGETARIAN SUSHI OPTION
Craving some sushi? Check out Miyabi Sushi in Tukwila. They have nine vegetarian sushi options that do not contain any type of seafood. Try some sushi rolls with tofu, miso paste and veggies such as the Tofu Miso Maki or the Veggie Veggie Wrap after a long day of shopping at the Westfield Southcenter.

Not sure what you want for brunch? How about a buffet with a variety of dishes to choose from? The Indian Curry Palace on Southcenter Parkway has an authentic buffet operating from 11am to 3pm, offering many vegetarian options such as the chickpea Chana Masala and the cauliflower Gobhi Aloo. If you decide to venture off a little bit, you can always go to Pho Vina Burien. Just west of Sea-Tac Airport, this family-owned Vietnamese restaurant is perfect for both “meat-lovers” and vegetarian alike—they have separate menus for each group! Their vegetarian menu was inspired by the owner’s mother who has been a Buddhist vegan for many years. Although the vegetarian menu has “vegan” chicken, pork and beef, the “veggie” meat is soy-based and does not contain any meat or fish sauce whatsoever. This is a perfect spot for the you and the family to order the Singapore Style Vermicelli Noodles or the Lemongrass Tofu.
