Construction of a $30 million, 1,050-stall parking garage is complete and it opened in the fall of 2016, along with the Angle Lake light rail station. The Angle Lake area is a 10- to 12-story residential, retail and office project that could also have a hotel. The extension of the light rail line links the Angle Lake station to the Sea-Tac International Airport station. Trains operate every six minutes during peak periods. The ride from Angle Lake to downtown Seattle takes approximately 37 minutes, and an additional six minutes to Husky Stadium.
