HOW TO ENTER No purchase necessary to enter. To enter, a Team (team may consist of at least one person with no limit on the total number) must chose a Team Captain to represent them and scan the QR code at signs located throughout Westfield Southcenter Mall between June 13th and 20th, 2025, and sign up at play.socialscavengerhunt.com. Each team may complete as many scavenger hunt challenges as possible within a continuous two-hour timeframe starting from the moment the first challenge is submitted, ending no later than the Westfield Southcenter mall closing hours at 8:59 p.m. PST on June 20, 2025.

Each team must designate one (1) Team Captain, and provide one (1) email address per team at the time of entry. This email address will serve as the team’s official contact and identifier for the giveaway. Limit one entry per team.

Incomplete entries are void. To constitute a valid entry, the team must fulfill the scavenger hunt challenge requirements. In the event of a tie—i.e., two or more teams earning the same number of challenge points in the allotted time—a random drawing will be conducted among tied entries to determine the winner.

In case of dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized email address holder of the account submitted at the time of entry. An “authorized email address holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an account by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted account.

Entries made in any manner other than via play.socialscavengerhunt.com are void. All late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, undelivered, scrambled, or destroyed entries are ineligible, regardless of the reason or party responsible. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. All entry materials, including photos and videos, become the property of SSRTA and will not be acknowledged or returned. SSRTA, the Sponsor, and affiliated parties will not accept correspondence or telephone inquiries regarding the status of entries or administration of the Giveaway.

By entering this Giveaway, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of SSRTA, whose decisions regarding all aspects of the Giveaway shall be final.

Five (5) Prize Packages will be awarded. Each winning team may only receive one (1) prize, regardless of the number of completed entries. Limit one entry per team. The approximate retail value of each prize will be stated separately. Any difference between the stated retail value and actual costs will not be awarded.

Prizes are not transferable, substitutable, or redeemable for cash, except at SSRTA’s sole discretion. SSRTA reserves the right to substitute any prize (or any component thereof) with one of equal or greater retail value.

All materials submitted in connection with the Scavenger Hunt—including, but not limited to, photos and videos—become the property of SSRTA and will not be returned or acknowledged. By submitting such materials, participants grant SSRTA a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the content, including for marketing and promotional purposes in all forms of media now known or later developed.

If any photos or videos submitted include images of minors, it is the responsibility of the team captain to ensure that appropriate parental or legal guardian consent has been obtained for the use of such images. SSRTA reserves the right to request written consent documentation at any time and may disqualify entries lacking such consent.

The SSRTA will award a minimum of one (1) Prize Package giveaway to the five teams with the most points. Limit one prize per team.

Prize value: Any difference between that verifiable retail value and the actual costs of the prize will not be awarded.

Winners will be notified via the team captain’s provided email address within two (2) businesses days of closing. To claim the prize, the winner must: (1) respond to the message within five (5) business days and include acceptance of the prize; and (2) coordinate with an SSRTA representative, a date and time to pick up the prize from SSRTA’s office at 3100 S. 176th St., SeaTac, WA 98188 . If the winner cannot be reached or fails to timely respond or comply with any of these requirements or if SSRTA determines the winner ineligible or disqualified, then at SSRTA’s sole discretion, the winner may be disqualified and the prize forfeited. In such event, an alternate winner will be selected in order of points from the remaining eligible entries.

By accepting a prize, the winner grants permission for SSRTA’s use of the name, hometown, likeness, photograph, voice and statements of winner for advertising/publicity purposes without further compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law.
