You will receive one confirmation email per valid submission. If you have not received your confirmation email, please contact Marketing@SeattleSouthside.com.

When will I receive my Microadventure Mystery Box?
You will receive your Mystery Box 2-3 weeks after your submission.

How many times can I request a Mystery Box or enter the Microadventure giveaway?
If you are submitting the form for a Microadventure Mystery Box, only ONE Mystery Box PER household will be allowed.
If you are entering to win the Ultimate Microadventure Getaway Giveaway, only ONE entry will be counted total. No duplicate entries will be accepted.

Can I pick which Seattle Southsider I receive?
No, it's a mystery.

Can I trade my Seattle Southsider for a different one?
No, but we encourage you to reach out on social media to find a friend to trade with.

My mailing address is not in the United States. Can I still receive a Mystery Box or participate in the getaway giveaway?
