Seattle Southside Regional Tourism Authority Named One of Washington's Best Workplaces of 2025

SEATTLE, WA — June 23, 2025 — Seattle Southside Regional Tourism Authority (RTA), also known as Explore Seattle Southside, has been named one of Washington’s Best Workplaces of 2025 by the Puget Sound Business Journal for the third year in a row. The annual recognition, now in its 19th year, honors companies across the state that prioritize employee satisfaction, workplace culture, and team engagement.

The distinction follows a rigorous, months-long survey process conducted by Quantum Workplace, a leading employee engagement firm. Nearly 200 Washington-based companies participated in the evaluation, with Seattle Southside RTA earning its place on the list through outstanding employee feedback related to collaboration, trust, respect, and opportunities for professional growth.

Final rankings will be announced at a celebration event hosted by Puget Sound Business Journal on August 28 at T-Mobile Park.
