Introducing New Social Media Manager - Valerie Skubal
Explore Seattle Southside is pleased to announce the expansion of its Marketing and Communications Team with the appointment of Valerie Skubal to a newly created Social Media Manager position.
Skubal comes to Explore Seattle Southside with an impressive background in marketing and social media. A resident of Seattle since 2011, Skubal holds a degree in Journalism from the University of Kansas. A passion for photography and storytelling have paved the way for a successful career in brand marketing.
With over a decade of experience, Skubal most recently led all organic social media efforts for Stanley, where she played a pivotal role in the brand's renaissance, turning it into a viral social media sensation and lifestyle must-have. Skubal has an impressive track record in shaping social strategy, creating engaging content, fostering community building, and scaling social media efforts.
Outside of work, Skubal enjoys spending time camping in her camper van, knitting with her two cats, and exploring and dining around Seattle and the region with her partner, Jason.
