Explore Seattle Southside Launches Winter Campaign
Explore Seattle Southside Invites Local Hosts and Leisure Travelers to Let Us Do the Heavy Lifting this Holiday Season. Stay in Seattle Southside to Make the Holidays Even More Wonderful
SEATTLE (October 5, 2022) – Explore Seattle Southside (Seattle Southside Regional Tourism Authority) has launched its winter campaign to show travelers how less time worrying about a trip to the airport or less time worrying about entertaining family means more time to relax and stress less during the upcoming holidays.
Focusing on two key demographics—the Leisure Traveler and the Local Host—Explore Seattle Southside’s Winter Campaign offers creative ideas, curiously wonderful microadventures, and comfortable, well-appointed accommodations. To both demographics, Explore Seattle Southside says, “You Do You.” And helps to show them how.
As a hub for travelers flying out of SEA Airport, Seattle Southside invites the Leisure Traveler to start their trip off relaxed by staying a day or two early in the area at one of its many comfortable hotels instead of trying to rush to the airport and worry about where to park their car while on vacation.

As an easily accessible destination to get around, Seattle Southside is helping Local Hosts who have family and friends visiting to find perfect, affordable accommodations for their visitors—instead of having everyone cooped up under one roof.

For both demographics, Explore Seattle Southside is offering a wealth of fresh ideas on its website with updated guides to finding hotels, new mini-itineraries for discovering the area’s microadventures, and helpful, curated guides to help visitors explore Seattle Southside’s hidden gems while in the area this holiday season.
