Bath products are by Green NATÜRA, housekeeping uniforms are made of 100% post-consumer drinking bottles, key cards are biodegradable, and the parking lot boasts electric car charging stations. Copperleaf uses 100% biodegradable tableware and cutlery, kitchen grease is sent out to be made into biodiesel, and they bottle their own fresh, on-site purified water. They have their own seasonal farm, which is fertilized by the restaurant’s on-site compost pile and all the water is recycled from a water reclamation pond on the grounds. There is even a strategically located mushroom farm created to naturally filter toxins from the property’s runoff to the wetlands!
