Waterland Yoga Winter Sessions

During the cold Winter months, please join us for Waterland Yoga sessions on Sundays at the historic Des Moines Theater. These pop up Yoga events are open to the public at a beloved community landmark. All ages and abilities are welcome!

  • No pre-registering is necessary (there are spots for 36 bodies, so come a little early to get a spot)
  • Classes are pay what you can, venmo and cash.
  • There will be a few mats and blocks to borrow on a first come, first serve basis.
  • No prior yoga experience needed!
