Honoring all of the men and women who've served past and present.
Join us at the Museum for our annual Veterans Day Ceremony, as we honor those who have served in the United States Armed Forces, past and present.
The Keynote Address will be given by U.S. Navy Capt. Bill Woodman (Ret). Bill served from 1968-1998 when he was a nuclear submariner and eventually commanded two submarines; the USS James Monroe SSBN 627 Blue and the USS Alabama SSBN 731 Blue. He also served as the submarine liaison officer for the CTF-77. Bill is also a long-time Museum volunteer and since 2014, volunteers as a Command Pilot for Angel Flight West.
This presentation is in-person at the Museum and included with General Admission.

Narrated by Gary Sinise, Into Flight Once More brings the history of June 6, 1944 to the present through the lens of one squadron and their epic recreation journey across the North Atlantic to Normandy for the 75th Anniversary of D-Day. Along the trip we meet some of the last remaining D-Day Veterans and younger generations of men and women who have re-charted their path to honor their sacrifice and thank them for their service.
