Receive up to $10,000 toward your next meeting or event

If you book a conference, event, trade show, or group block in Seattle Southside, you could be eligible for an incentive of up to $10,000 through Explore Seattle Southside's Event Incentive Program.

How it Works & Who is Eligible

The incentive is available for events in Seattle Southside, which includes the cities of SeaTac, Tukwila, and Des Moines.* It must be booked at a hotel in one of these cities, and your hotel sales manager will help recommend your eligibility.

*Exceptions may apply. Explore Seattle Southside reserves the right to be the ultimate decider of the fund allocation.

How to Apply

The incentive amount is calculated by a simple formula: 10% of the average room rate multiplied by the number of rooms included in the hotel contract (up to $10,000).

Your hotel sales manager will apply on your behalf and let you know if your application is approved. Once approved, Explore Seattle Southside will reach out to discuss how we can elevate your experience.
