Conference center rooms are located INSIDE the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, on the mezzanine level at the south end of the Airport, above checkpoint #1. Meeting rooms range from 450 to over 3,000 square feet and can accommodate everything from a small meeting for two people up to a large conference for 200 guests. AUDIOVISUAL You will be wowed by the state-of-the-art audiovisual system, with easy to use plug and play capabilities in every conference room. LOCATION The Conference Center at Sea-Tac Airport is conveniently located between Tacoma and Seattle, which makes it the perfect location for meetings even if you're not flying anywhere before or after. It is located 12 miles south of downtown Seattle, and 26 miles north of Tacoma. You may easily take advantage of the many public transportation options such as the Sounder Train, Link Light Rail, and buses. If you do need to drive, complimentary parking validations are offered to all conference center guests for general parking in the airport garage.
