Cedarbrook Lodge is located deep within 18 acres of natural restored wetlands less than 5 minutes from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The hotel is surrounded by beautifully landscaped lawns and onsite gardens, maintained by Copperleaf Restaurant and Bar, Cedarbrook’s award winning restaurant, which serves lunch and dinner. Offering both indoor and outdoor fireside dining, guests can enjoy a wide variety of local liquors, wines and brews along with authentic culinary masterpieces inspired by quintessentially Northwest ingredients. Cedarbrook offers 24-hr complimentary shuttle service to the airport, Tukwila Amtrak station, and the Sea-Tac Link Light Rail. Each guestroom and suite is equipped with an over-sized soaking tub or shower, floor to ceiling windows, original artwork, room service, and much more. Sustainability is both an expectation and priority. Bath products are by Green NATÜRA, housekeeping uniforms are made of 100% post-consumer drinking bottles, key cards are biodegradable, and the parking lot boasts electric car charging stations. Copperleaf uses 100% biodegradable tableware and cutlery, kitchen grease is sent out to be made into biodiesel, and they bottle their own fresh, on-site purified water. They have their own seasonal garden, which is fertilized by the restaurant’s on-site compost pile and all the water is recycled from a water reclamation pond on the grounds. There is even a strategically located mushroom farm created to naturally filter toxins from the property’s runoff to the wetlands!
