Born and raised in Seattle Washington, Raun has been working in and around food and beverage since a very young age. He began his professional culinary training at the age of 13 and served as the Chef de Cuisine at the #1 rated restaurant in South Seattle at the age of 19. Raun carries with him 25 years of culinary experience and shares his passion for Pacific Northwest ingredients and flavors with all our guests.
