Seafood Cooking Class - Simple Sushi Rolls

Join us for an introductory level class on Simple Sushi Rolls. We’ll start at the very beginning with an explanation of Japanese Calrose rice – the foundation of sushi. From there we’ll explore “the roll”, the mat, the seaweed, the vegetables, the seafood and the rolling techniques: temaki (hand roll), utamkai (rice on outside), futamaki (rice on inside).

You’ll eat what you roll…. and some that spills out! Sake and Sapporo will be served. The chefs will also have a selection of mouthwatering, beautiful sushi rolls for you to sample and inspire you.

Class is $100 per person (price includes ALL costs). To top it off, you'll enjoy spectacular waterfront views and free parking. This class will fill up quickly so call us right away. Reservations are required by phone.
