Salty’s at Redondo Beach

The more than extensive brunch at Salty’s at Redondo somehow manages to kick it up another notch during the holiday season. Of course, Salty’s is famous for their fresh and local seafood, and there’s plenty of it in their buffet like blackened salmon, Dungeness crab, and sautéed clams and mussels. But this buffet goes far beyond seafood with glazed ham, slow roasted prime rib, fettuccine carbonara, and when it comes to dessert…they have everything under the sun.

In addition to being the tallest building in Tukwila, Hotel Interurban is also home to a dazzling, modern restaurant called Waterleaf. Waterleaf is perfect for a family outing or happy hour with coworkers (they even have regular trivia nights); but they also have incredible holiday specials for a reasonable price. For $40, you can feast on a three-course meal featuring a winter caprese, choice of braised beef short rib, cedar planked steelhead, or classic turkey dinner, and a scrumptious dessert of pumpkin or pecan pie! Yum!

The warm fire and winter lodge atmosphere of Claim Jumper is just too perfect for the holiday season. This family-friendly restaurant is also well known for their huge portions of hearty comfort food. So, it’s only fitting that their holiday menu features options like a ham and turkey supper, slow roasted prime rib, salmon oscar, mashed potatoes with gravy, stuffing, Caesar salad and delicious, cranberry relish, and homemade pumpkin pie and carrot cake for dessert.

Basil’s Kitchen at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Tacoma International Airport offers delicious Mediterranean cuisine year-round, and you don’t have to be a guest to eat there! During the holidays, they offer special menus with traditional holiday favorites at their carving station like garlic-roasted prime rib, apple cider-brined roast turkey, they also spice it up with dishes like maple and mustard glazed salmon, and Northwest apple cobbler and chocolate mousse for dessert.

13 Coins, the purveyor of late night and early morning eats and drinks (they’re open 24/7), takes pride in their holiday specials. If their regular menu wasn’t extensive enough, their holiday specials add a few more uniquely delicious options to choose from. From a Christmas crab & bacon omelet, to rosemary roasted striploin, and salted caramel crunch cake for dessert, no one leaves 13 Coins on an empty stomach.
