Day 15: Donate to the Food Bank
Spread a little holiday cheer and help out those less fortunate. This year I choose to send a bag of food to Food Bank . My apartment had a collection box in the lobby so they made it easy for everyone to be extra generous this year.
Day 16: Elf at 5th Avenue Theater
This year Elf made its debut at the 5th Avenue Theater. This is my favorite theater because every seat is a good seat. And coupled with one of my favorite holiday movies it was sure to be a good time. The show was great and there were several laugh out loud moments. My favorite part was the Santa dance!
Day 17: Blow your Own Glass Snowman
The best gifts are homemade and from the heart. Book a class at Uptown Glassworks where you can blow an ornament or a snowman or any other fun project. An artist helps you to make sure it doesn't turn out lopsided and then after three days you can go pick up your masterpiece.
Day 18: Argosy Christmas Ship Viewing
The Christmas ships sail all month long and stop at different beaches around the Seattle area where there is music and hot chocolate. At Gas Works Park there is a great view of the Space Needle so it makes for a perfect holiday photo op!
Day 19: Gingerbread Houses at the Sheraton
The spirit of the holiday season truly comes alive when Seattle's top architecture firms and the Sheraton's culinary team pair up to create amazing gingerbread. This year's theme is "Once Upon a Time" and my favorite was Ariel's palace from the Little Mermaid.
