Tukwila, Washington/November 3, 2003 – The Rainier Symphony invites you to join us and start the holiday season with a little musical cheer. The Rainier Symphony’s annual Holiday Concert on Saturday, December 13 and Sunday, December 14 includes Symphony No. 88 by Haydn, Concertino for Clarinet and Orchestra by Weber featuring soloist Eric Tishkoff and of course, a great selection of popular Holiday favorites.
Guests were remarking that “the Rainier Symphony never sounded better” after the Fall Concert in mid-October. Rehearsals started immediately afterwards for the dedicated musicians of the Rainier Symphony. David Wayne Waltman, the Rainier Symphony Music Director and Artistic Advisor adds, “I am very proud of the Rainier Symphony musicians who dedicate their time and talent to bring great music to South King County. Come and show your support while enjoying the rich sounds of this great local symphony”.
