This is the third of five pairs of concerts in the Rainier Symphony’s 23rd Season. Remaining concerts include the Classical III concert featuring Symphony No. 2 by Sibelius and Grieg’s Piano Concerto in A minor with soloist, Jeffrey Gilliam. The final concert of the season is the ever popular Rainier Symphony Pops! concert featuring Hollywood favorites and lighter classical selections.

The Rainier Symphony, founded in 1981, is the premier all-volunteer orchestra in King County providing classical symphonic music for the enjoyment and education of the community. Members of the Rainier Symphony come from all communities in South King County including Auburn, Federal Way, Kent, Renton, Tukwila, and many more. The non-profit organization is able to provide great music through the generosity of its audiences along with the support of the Tukwila Arts Commission, the City of Tukwila, and the cooperation of the Tukwila School District.
