Proof that family, friendship, joy, comfort, and love can be translated into delicious baked goods when they are made of the freshest ingredients and prepared with tender care.

All of the items served at Blue Vanilla are made from scratch using fresh, natural ingredients and locally grown ingredients when in season. In addition to the bakery items (cakes, pies, cupcakes, sweet rolls, muffins, scones, breads, etc.), they serve soups, sandwiches, and salads. They also have a full espresso bar with coffee drinks, tea, and Italian sodas.

The bakery’s specialty foods include a line of dog treats in honor of the family dog, Henry (the dog treats are even named after Henry’s walking group pals.) Margie also aims to offer gluten-free, low-fat, and low-sugar options, though she admits that the holy trinity of baking–butter, flour, and sugar–represent the cornerstone of her creations. Sandwiches and soups are on the horizon, too.

There's a cup of coffee and a mouth-watering treat waiting for you at Blue Vanilla Bakery.
