After hours and holiday meetings are available upon request.
EQUIPMENT & AMENITIES:
The Center offers the following complimentary items in most rooms:
-In-room PC (complete with wireless keyboard and mouse)
-LCD Projector
-Drop-down screen
-DVD/VHS player
-Wireless microphone
-Podium with microphone
-Flipchart/easel with markers
-Extension cords and power strips
-Conference phone
Additional audio-visual and meeting room amenities are available.
CATERING:
The Conference Center staff is happy to provide their caterer's menus and contact information.
SUSTAINABILITY:
All conference rooms have bins for recycling and for composting coffee grounds, food scraps and other materials. Their caterer uses reusable dishes and flatware, and products that can be composted or recycled.
ACCESSIBILITY:
The Conference Center is designed to be easily accessible by wheelchair and to accommodate persons protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
PARKING:
Park at the south end of the airport garage, on floors 5-8, near the yellow or green elevators, rows N-U.
GETTING HERE:
From the airport garage:
-Take the elevator to the fourth floor of the garage and walk across skybridge 1 to the main terminal. (The Link Light rail Sea-Tac Airport station is connected to the fourth floor of the garage on the very north end).
-Take the escalator or elevator to the ticketing level. You will find the stairs and elevator to The Conference Center directly behind the international ticket counters.
-The reception area for the conference center is at the top of the stairs, through the double glass doors on your left.
HOTELS:
Groups requiring overnight accommodations can choose from any of the nearby airport hotels, all of which offer complimentary shuttle service.
