Getting Around

Getting around Seattle Southside couldn’t be easier. Get here by plane, train, automobile or bicycle. Rental cars, taxis, airport shuttle services, light rail and public and private bus transportation give you plenty of options for seeing the sites.

The Sea-Tac Airport is within an easy 5-minute drive with plenty of off-airport parking to choose from including park and fly hotel specials. With the I-5 / I-90 intersection centrally located, you can be in downtown Seattle, Tacoma or Bellevue in less than 20 minutes!

The Link Light Rail makes traveling without a car easier than ever. Hop on at the airport and be in downtown Seattle in minutes. With over 10 stops and more to come in the future you can see everything you want without worrying about parking.

Most area hotels offer free shuttle service to and from the airport and to many local sites of interest.

Washington State Ferry service is available to and from West Seattle and Downtown Seattle, making access to the Olympic Peninsula and San Juan Islands a snap.

Amtrak Cascades services the Northwest region from Eugene, OR to Vancouver BC. Conveniently, several hotels are located near the Tukwila station.
