My adventure begins at Castle Bridge Winery making my own special vintage. I have always wanted to learn to make wine, and this seems like a good way to begin. This is not only a highly fun and educational experience, but a day to celebrate. While working on the process, there is some tasting going on as well. From there we reward ourselves for a job well done, buy dining at Salty's at Redondo Beach, enjoying the fresh seafood, views and fun atmoshere. To finish off this great adventure, dancing and drinks in the lounge before we head off to the Marriott for a good nights sleep and begin our next adventure!— Joan
