Castle Bridge Winery offers you a unique opportunity to add to your total wine experience by introducing the option to "make your own wine". We have made wine making fun and easy by providing the must (juice), the facility, the equipment and the experts to allow you to create your own personal vintage. Come share with us in the mystique, intrigue and good times associated with making wine!

Don't want to make your own wine? That's okay! "Make Your Own Wine" is only one option here at Castle Bridge. We are a winery after all and do hand-craft our own wine right here on premise. We offer it for sale by the bottle and by the case. In addition, we have a growing selection of wine accessories, including decanters, glasses, corkscrews, wine preservers, candles and so much more!

My adventure begins at Castle Bridge Winery making my own special vintage. I have always wanted to learn to make wine, and this seems like a good way to begin. This is not only a highly fun and educational experience, but a day to celebrate. While working on the process, there is some tasting going on as well. From there we reward ourselves for a job well done, buy dining at Salty's at Redondo Beach, enjoying the fresh seafood, views and fun atmoshere. To finish off this great adventure, dancing and drinks in the lounge before we head off to the Marriott for a good nights sleep and begin our next adventure!
