Morris's Shadow Mountain Stables

29502 112th Avenue SE
Auburn, WA, 98092

Morris’s Shadow Mountain owner-operated stables are located on a scenic, quiet patch of landscape. The stables’ horse-powered trail rides offer each prospective equestrian a leisurely stroll through the local wilderness. During the 90-minute ride, you and your fearless equine companion explore nearby woods, where you’ll discover a glittering pond before returning to the stables through a pasture with views of Mt. Rainier.

The rides are non-vigorous and ideal for beginners. In addition, the approaching change of seasons holds the promise of fiery red-and-orange foliage along the path for an extra-scenic eyeball treat. During especially cold winter weather, the stables are outfitted for indoor rides.

Owned by Bonnie Morris, the full-service stables are run by an experienced horsemistress, whose lifelong study of the equine arts has equipped her with exceptional skills as an instructor and guide. So take this opportunity to ride off into the wilderness for an eye-opening 90-minute ride through the forest.
